I am living for Maya's confidence in this clip! While the other girls are fighting over who came first or who is the kept woman, she stands there with her arms crossed, completely unbothered. The moment she reveals that Ethan is actually her boyfriend and not a toy shuts down the entire room. It is so satisfying to see the antagonist in the pink suit get roasted for underestimating her. This show knows how to write a strong female lead who doesn't need to yell to win.
Ethan is in Deep Trouble
You have to feel a little bad for Ethan, but mostly it is just hilarious watching him sweat. He thought he was playing the field, but now he is trapped in a car dealership with his entire romantic history confronting him at once. The visual of him standing there while the women argue around him is iconic. The dialogue is sharp, especially when they start comparing wealth and status.
