Falling in love by a mistaken vow

Luca, "allergic" to women, drunkenly marries Isla—neither remembers each other's face. He flees abroad; she struggles with her mom's bills. A year later, he meets her as a cleaner, hires her as a contract girlfriend, they fall for each other... and later realize they're actually married.

The Desk Hiding Place Drama

The tension in this office scene is absolutely electric! Watching the assistant hide under the desk while the mother-in-law confronts her son creates such a delicious layer of irony. The dialogue about the divorce and the misunderstanding regarding the escort adds so much spice to Falling in love by a mistaken vow. I love how the mother defends the girl without even knowing she is right there listening!

Mother Knows Best Maybe

This mother character is fierce! She completely shuts down her son's accusations about his wife being an escort. It is refreshing to see a parent actually defend the daughter-in-law instead of blaming her. The way she calls out his behavior with the assistant while he is trying to divorce his wife is peak drama. Falling in love by a mistaken vow really knows how to twist the family dynamics.

Hiding Under The Desk

I cannot get over the visual of the girl hiding under the desk the entire time! Her expressions shift from fear to amusement as she listens to the argument. It adds a silent comedy element to the intense shouting match happening above her. The moment she smiles when the mother mentions grandkids is pure gold. This scene in Falling in love by a mistaken vow is a masterclass in visual storytelling.

The Escort Misunderstanding

The plot twist where the son claims he saw cash being stuffed into a bra is wild! But the mother refuses to believe it, calling the girl sweet and lovely. The dramatic irony is killing me because we know the girl is right there. The son is so convinced he is right, but his own mother thinks he is just being picky. Falling in love by a mistaken vow keeps the stakes incredibly high.

Deal For A Meeting

The negotiation at the end is so satisfying. The son finally agrees to meet the girl properly, but only if his mother agrees to the divorce if he still dislikes her. It is a high-stakes deal that sets up the next episode perfectly. The mother's confident smile suggests she knows something he does not. I am so invested in seeing how this meeting goes in Falling in love by a mistaken vow.
