Horror Game? I Thought It Was a Dating Sim!

Trapped in a deadly horror game, I am forced by a system to romance the monsters! While others flee for their lives, I must read poems to ghosts and dance with skeletons. The System warns: Seduce the abyss or be erased. When romantic tropes meet spine-chilling terror... can I fake love to save my life?

Immortality is the Ultimate Cheat Code

Watching the protagonist tear up that contract was so satisfying! In Horror Game? I Thought It Was a Dating Sim!, getting immortality as a reward for freeing a vampire girl feels like the perfect setup. The chibi animation showing his excitement made me laugh out loud. Now he can tackle that SS-level dungeon without fear. This power-up changes everything for the upcoming arc!

Zero Lust Meter Challenge Accepted

The dynamic between the hunter and the SSS-level anomaly is fascinating. He claims to be a top hunter but acts like prey, while she has a zero lust meter that suddenly spikes. Horror Game? I Thought It Was a Dating Sim! plays with these stats in such a fun way. Seeing Lilith's meter increase by 20 just because he set her free adds a layer of romance to the horror elements that I did not expect at all.

Ravenwood High School Awaits

That ending scene with the blue energy connecting them gave me chills. They are being chosen for the Ravenwood High School map, which sounds terrifying yet exciting. Horror Game? I Thought It Was a Dating Sim! really knows how to end a clip on a high note. The visual effects of the teleportation beam were stunning. I cannot wait to see what kind of monsters await them in that school setting.

From Hunter to Protector

The moment he decided to free her instead of keeping her as a slave showed his true character. It is rare to see a male lead in Horror Game? I Thought It Was a Dating Sim! prioritize freedom over power initially. His internal monologue about earning soul shards versus doing the right thing added depth. Now that they are linked, I hope he uses his new immortality to protect her from whatever comes next.

Chibi Mode is Adorable

I absolutely love the art style shifts in this series. Going from serious anime faces to cute chibi versions when he gets his reward is genius. Horror Game? I Thought It Was a Dating Sim! balances tension and cuteness perfectly. The little sparkles around chibi him celebrating immortality were a nice touch. It makes the heavy themes of vampires and dungeons feel lighter and more enjoyable to watch.
