I appreciate shows that give children agency in their stories. Watching this on my phone during commute was perfect. The cliffhangers are well placed to keep you coming back to Take Two, Eva!.
Pure Malice
Honestly the aunt's face when she poured the pills was pure malice. She enjoyed asserting her power over the child. It makes you really hate her character which means the actor did a great job. Take Two, Eva! is becoming my favorite series this month. I just hope the dad walks in and sees the mess on the floor immediately. That would be satisfying.
